When is the last day of payment to get European Convention to the reduced price?
Both booking and payment must be made no later than 31 March 2024.
When does the camping area open?
Thursday at 14. No earlier arrival.
Can you stay overnight from Thursday.
Yes.
Must you leave the camping area on Sunday afternoon?
Yes.
Can you stay in a tent at the camping area?
Yes.
Can you pay with MobilePay on the Convention?
Yes, but only DKK

How do I change my booking?
You cannot make corrections regarding the booking yourself.
Send an email to booking@ec2024.dk or via the contact page here on the Convention website, what you want to change.
Is there a dress code for European Convention
Square dance clothes are recommended for open-air dancing and Saturday evenings.
In addition, there is optional clothing.
Where are the nearest cash point?
At the banks in “Strøgcentret” and around “Torvet”.
Is there a possibility for public transport?
You can go by bus or train to Ikast.
The bus stop and the station are shown on the city map which can be seen on the Convention website.
What to do if you become ill or injured at the Convention?

Can you bring your own drinks
Yes, in the dance halls you are allowed to bring your own drinks.
Drinks in the café has to be bought.
