Hedens Squaredansere welcomes you to the convention

Hedens Squaredansere are proud to welcome all square- and round dancers to Ikast in 2024. We will do our best to create some good and happy dance days with you. We have a good setting for Convention in Sportscenter Ikast and at the nearby Nordre Skole.
Hedens Squaredansere was founded in 2000 and has about 60-70 members. Every year we do a lot of PR work to get new beginner dancers into our club. In the club we have dance levels from B to C1. We dance every Thursday in “Hjertet” in Ikast, from September to the end of April.
In the club, we place emphasis on dancing joy, cosiness, togetherness and diversity.

European Square- and Round dance Convention is back.

It is with great pleasure to welcome dancers, callers and cuers to Ikast. Danish Association of American Square Dance Clubs, DAASDC, is proud that “Hedens Square dancers” are taking on the hosting of the European Convention 2024. DAASDC is looking forward to a fantastic Festival, with high spirits, joy of life and a lot of dancing. All Callers and Cuers are nominated by the Associations of the respective Countries, and DAASDC believes that they will create a celebration. DAASDC will hereby thank BAASDC, England, EAASDC, Germany, SAASDC, Sweden, NVSD, Netherlands and CSCTA, Czech Republic for selecting their callers and cuers. Welcome to Denmark, welcome to Ikast, welcome to the European Square and Round Dance Convention 2024.
